We have defined our dates a bit more concretely and are expecting to arrive in Prag at the beginning of July, we have checked on your event calendar and thought about attending to the TalkNight on the 4th of July.
We would like to kindly propose you to present our project and maybe do a reduced Version (no more than 40min) of our Workshop "Visualizing open data to bring out global issues" http://www.open-steps.org/our-project/ , we have already submitted the application using the form but we just realized it was for the June event, please apologize us and consider our application for the July event.
We would be thankful if you somehow confirm us our participation in July.
I'm looking forward to your presentation. However, maybe others will disagree but my opinion is that 40min entry is too long for the TalkNight, generally it's advisable to keep your talks at the TalkNight 20min or less (it'll always take slightly longer than planned anyway). Also, the TalkNight is more geared at presentations rather than workshops.
One possibility is to give a short presentation/teaser at the TalkNight and do the workshop another night, or just do either one of these.
Safe journey to Prague,
