Its possible we can create a buffer in part of the space i rent. Some of the things thrown out looked to have good value as collectables or for use in hacking, or  art projects. I have a bunch of mobile phones, tubes that might have good value as collectables, was surprised to see them sitting in a box outside the lab.

Solution might be to put all things not wanted in the lab, into part of the space i rent, if anyone asks about items in the next month they can get them back out of the buffer. Its a good idea to clear the room each spring, yet things of value best not be tossed or given away. You could sell some things through the Brmbar?
