Hi Mario reballing is very hard work if you are not experienced to bga soldering you should leave this work to professional if you only want to try it with possible board damage we can try it together in Brmlab i have hot airgun with big power normal cooking oven can reach up to 210 Celsius ... we have one small in brmlab and nobody used it for cooking ( i hope ) :)

Hi BRM! I'd like to use a technical oven. I must "cook" (reball) the graphics chip of my logic board in my MacBook Pro as per this linkhttp://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/9045/MBP+A1226+Logic+Board+last+resort+fix+for+nVidia+video+chip. Can anyone let me use such an oven, like at a university? A range of 160-190°C, should be enough.
