Hi,

tetrapol-kit is experimental decoder for TETRAPOL. It can decode only few informations now the voice decoder is incomplete and does not produce any usable audio output now (2).

You can find basic instructions in README file in tetrapol-kit. This is development version and we are not able to provide detailed instruction because of limited time we can spend on project. If you have some more specific question you can join the mailinglist at tetrapol-kit@brmlab.cz . There are also anounced new versions and functions which might be interesting for You.
