Not sure if our main mixer has 6 or 8 channels, but we have some smaler ones too so hopefully we should be able to put that together. No idea what "audio monitor" is. We do have a subwoofer and projector.

Yes, we have an 8 channel mixer. Do you really need quality monitor speakers in terms of tech specs, or just any speakers for monitoring? (Or maybe headphones?)
