Hi,
have been asked for ideas on a place for the Autumn GStreamer hackfest, either before or after the GStreamer conference on 21st-22nd October in Prague.
Their last hackfests have been attended by a maximum of 20 people and wondered if people thought that the Brmlab could be a good place for it. Otherwise, suggestions are welcome.
You can get an idea of how past editions have looked like here:

Cheers,
Tomeu
Hi, we've recently did a codefest for 45 people (https://www.open-bio.org/wiki/Codefest_2017) (a tight fit!), so 20 should be easily possible.
However: the owner of our building wants to start a complete reconstruction in the very near future. So we are currently seeking a new space and it is likely that we will be moving exactly during the second half of October. So I'm not sure whether we will have some space ready.
I'll keep you updated if we receive more information (the fact is the owner of the building does not really communicate).
