OK, I finally read https://brmlab.cz/members/vnitrni-predpisy/granty
and TMA is right.

=> we need 3 people from rada (council) to become members of grant committee
(tusk? dzoe? sumie? phyrexian? hexo?)
When we have 3 volunteers, rada needs to formally approve that:)

=> Then I will call for GK meeting.

But don't let your faith get weak, I see a light at the end of the tunnel,
and maybe it's not a train:)
