Online decoder audio empty

Hi everyone, for sometime I realized that the online decoder provide an empty sound. Like if we hear the carrier only but without voice. I can just hear a kind of low breath. I joined my records. I know what I decode is uncrypted. Do you know this problem ? Thanks a lot.
