You did not run make as is described in the README?

You don't have tetrapol_dump in PATH. Either add it there or use full path.
Scan with scan.hs http://scan.hs ?
No, just use your favourite SDR tool, e.g. gqrx.
Finally, if i haven't got tetrapol station connected ( TPH 700 or 900 or other ) i can't decode audio. Correct ?
Correct. And usually you can't decode even if you have a station, because it's just encrypted.
If i understand, the RP-ACELP codecs will be available later, and it will not be necessary to have external station for decoding the voice ?
We hope so.

Tetrapol_dump not found, what is the problem ?
"Scan for Tetrapol traffic. It is 12.5kHz wide buzzing (when demodulated as FM) usually in the 380-420 tel:380-420MHz band." Scan with scan.hs http://scan.hs ? There is no example or information to use the file scan.sh http://scan.sh in the demod folder

The project is young, and good luck, it's very interesting to decode tetrapol

I think now the RP_CELP codec are available
No, that is some basic version that does not produce intelligible audio. If you happen to see an unencrypted network, you can try to decode some audio via our web service (currently offline).
I need to compile it ? How ? cmake ? and how to use it ?
I think everything needed is in https://brmlab.cz/project/sdr/tetrapol/howto

And a lot of files in TMP FOLDER are available examples : cch_392045910.json http://392045910.json channel392045910.bits http://channel392045910.bits
Well, if they contain reasonably-looking information, then you have a working receiver!
how to use the kit for listening ?
https://brmlab.cz/project/sdr/tetrapol/audio
If i lauch ./sysop_env.sh http://env.sh i think there is an error of missing .cfile
This seems to expect a pre-recorded cfile... But it does not matter, as your receiver seem to work.
