Hello. I would like to plug my g2 radio with a 4.8 V power supply. I plug the -/+ pins but nothing happens, no way to start it. I found the power pins with a simple voltmeter. I had saw this explanations: http://brmlab.cz/project/sdr/tetrapol/g2 but I don't understand if I have to use an existing battery for "id". I have 2 batteries that have worked but now empty.
I would like to have some experts advices.
Best regards.
You need the 1-wire chip. I think the easiest option is to dismantle the original battery and connect power to the cells inside.
