Has someone managed to make the rp-celp codec work or found another way to do it. When I use it I have a scrambled-like sound in the wave file. I know I must use tetrapol_rx but I have a hack-rf only and it seems to doesn't work with it.
I know my decoded frames are ok because I was able to listen to clear voice when there was the online decoder.

It is far from complete. There are still few parts remain to reverse ingeneere and lot of programing. The result is expected.
